Unwind and spend quality time bonding with your baby. Learn gentle, calming massage strokes weekly, building to a full body routine over the 5 week course.

This course is totally baby-led meaning there is no need to worry if your baby cries, falls asleep or has a poo explosion! We encourage you to do what is needed for you and baby and are more than happy to support with further demonstrations of strokes or answer questions at an easier time.

Each session will include the opportunity to share and discuss parenting topics over a free hot drink as well as your own bottle of oil, handouts and a certificate of completion.
Having trained in delivering the course 5 years ago and also attending sessions with my own child, the benefits have been seen from all perspectives.
I really loved the course, as did my daughter and we have made life-long friends who we see regularly. As a new mummy, meeting other parents with babies at similar stages, who I could relate to was so important and it really extended the support network I had around me.
Attending such a friendly and chilled course with my new baby really helped to give me the confidence to try other classes and to get out and about. This is why I decided to offer my own sessions, to provide other new parents with the same experiences and benefits my baby and I received.
